Breast Enlargement - Breast Implant is commonly used for making the breast bigger in size. It is a prosthesis used to improve the size and shape of a woman's breasts (known as, breast enlargement, mammoplasty enlargement, augmentation mammoplasty ) for cosmetic reasons or to reconstruct the breast after a mastectomy or to correct congenital chest wall deformities, . Breast implant does not interfare with milk sectrtion as the implant is placed under the breast tissue.

In young girls with firm breast, their own fat cells can be used to increase the size of breasts by lipoinjection technique. Pectoral implants are a related device used in cosmetic and reconstructive procedures of the male chest wall. A breast tissue expander is a temporary breast implant used during staged breast reconstruction procedures.

Mastopexy or breast lift surgery -

is designed to lift or change the shape of a person's breasts. Mastopexy may involve repositioning the areola and nipple, as well as lifting the breast tissue and removing skin. Mastopexy may be performed alone, or in combination with placement of breast implants.

Breast Reduction -

Breast reduction or reduction mammoplasty is a common surgical procedure which involves the reduction in the size of breasts by excising fat, skin and glandular tissue. It may also involve a procedure to counteract drooping of the breasts. This procedure is typically performed on women, but may also be performed on men afflicted by gynecomastia. . Breast reduction surgery is oriented toward women with large, pendulous breasts, especially gigantomastia, since the weight of their breasts may cause chronic pain of the head, neck, back, and shoulders, plus circulation and breathing problems. The weight may also cause discomfort as a result of brassiere straps abrading or irritating the skin. Some women feel awkward with the huge size of their breasts in proportion to the rest of body. .Sometimes a girl can have abnormally huge breasts due to Virginal hypertrophy during adolescence age.

Young girls with firm and huge breasts , the size of breasts can be reduced by liposuction.
Except in unusual cases, this procedure is performed on individuals with fully-developed breasts. Males with common condition of gynecomastia may feel embarrassed and upset with their condition, usually developed during adolescence. They may get the surgery for restored confidence

Gynecomastia:-

(male breast enlargement) is a very common condition in men. It can result in terrible embarrassment, teasing, and social trauma. Many will try to hide it with thick shirts, avoid bare chest activities, and withdraw from public exposure. Tumescent Liposuction Technique has limited bruising and swelling.. In Women having removed their breast for breast cancer needs breast reconstruction surgery. It is commonly done using patients own tissue like lattisimus dorsi or rectus abdominus myocutaneous flap.Sometimes along with flap breast implants are used.
